Hey everyone, hope you all had an amazing long weekend! Todays workout is posted below, but first have a look at Alex’s crossfit workout from last week. I’m not sure of the actually name for it but it’s rumored to be “diabolical”.
A few more of us are going to give it a go this week and give him a run for his money
The WOD is grace + fran + 1mile run or 135# clean and jerk x30reps, 21,15,9reps of 95# thrusters + pullups and top it with a 1 mile run. Enjoy
