July 29th Crossfit WOD
You have 25 minutes to work up to a new 1RM Clean and Jerk.
5 minutes to rest, then:
“Tabata you’ve gotta be kidding me!”
That’s 8 sets of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following: -
Wall Ball – Pull-Ups – Squats – Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Score by total number of reps.
The workout from the movie 300
Hey everyone, tomorrow we have a doozy! We’re gonna take on the final workout from the movie 300. As many of you may have heard, the staring cast all trained in the Crossfit methodology to get ripped for the movie.
After the wod please complete Kelly Starrett’s most recent mobility wod.

For Time:
25 Pull-ups
50 Deadlifts 135 lbs
50 Push-ups
50 Box Jump
50 floor wipers 135 lbs
50 Clean and Jerks 35 lbs(KB)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
