Well it’s here, the last long weekend of summer :( Can you believe how quickly it’s gone?! Today’s training involves going heavy! That’s right, your personal trainer is asking you to lift heavy and hard before your last big weekend of summer! What an ass eh! haha

Sept 3rd work out:

Back Squat heavy and hard. Work up to a 1rep max.
