We’re gonna spend most of the class working on mobility and then will refine our o lift’s a bit. Then we’ll hit it hard!

Results Fitness Workout Sept 20th

Hey everyone, nice work on the O lifts this weekend! I hope everyone had as much fun as I did!

I made a tasty paleo meal this weekend that I thought I would share with you as well;

Ingredients: Don olympic lifting

Wild sockeye salmon

2 Large Zucchinis

Full head of fresh basil

Garlic

Lime

Green beans

First, prepare the garnish;

  • bbq your zucchini with some fresh cracked pepper and salt.
  • once cooked place in a food processor with fresh basil, garlic to taste, juice of lime, and olive to your block requirements
  • blend till texture is “chunky”

Then pan-fry the green beans in a  sauce pan, start with the lid on and a little water to steam them, (about 6-8mins) then remove the lid and add a little olive oil to crisp them up.

I cooked the sockeye on a medium temp with a sauce pan and lid as well. I find if you start with a higher temp to sear the outside, then drop the temp right down to low and lit it sit till the beans  are done, you’ll get really nice, moist salmon. (be sure not to over cook!)

Place the beans  on the bottom of the plate, the salmon on them and the garnish on top! It looks pimp and taste even better! Best yet, it’s dam good for ya.

Warmup 1KM run. Suring the run, jog 100m, sprint 100m.

WOD:

For Time: 50 Sit-up – Standards 50 Double Unders 50 Sit-up – Standards 50 Walking Lunges 50 Sit-up – Standards 50 Burpees 50 Sit-up – Standards Post total time.
