Hey everyone, tomorrow we have a doozy! We’re gonna take on the final workout from the movie 300. As many of you may have heard, the staring cast all trained in the Crossfit methodology to get ripped for the movie.
After the wod please complete Kelly Starrett’s most recent mobility wod.
Today’s Workout:
For Time:
25 Pull-ups
50 Deadlifts 135 lbs
50 Push-ups
50 Box Jump
50 floor wipers 135 lbs
50 Clean and Jerks 35 lbs(KB)

Hey guy’s here is the workout for today and some mobility work to to do!
Today’s Workout:
Warmup – Team mile run…with heavy bag. For time. Each second after 8 minutes = 1 Burpee (YAY BURPEES)
WOD:
Team WOD.
12 Min AMRAP.
2 person teams.
One does push presses, the other jumping pullups.
Swap roles each minute.
Score is total reps.

Alex’s Crossfit WOD “Diabolical”

Hey everyone, hope you all had an amazing long weekend! Todays workout is posted below, but first have a look at Alex’s crossfit workout from last week. I’m not sure of the actually name for it but it’s rumored to be “diabolical”.
A few more of us are going to give it a go this week and give him a run for his money
The WOD is grace + fran + 1mile run or 135# clean and jerk x30reps, 21,15,9reps of 95# thrusters + pullups and top it with a 1 mile run. Enjoy

Row 250 meters
135 pound Front squat, 10 reps
15 GHD Sit-ups
20 Box jumps, 24 inch box
