Heavy Back Squat – Results Fitness

Well it’s here, the last long weekend of summer :( Can you believe how quickly it’s gone?! Today’s training involves going heavy! That’s right, your personal trainer is asking you to lift heavy and hard before your last big weekend of summer! What an ass eh! haha

Sept 3rd work out:

Back Squat heavy and hard. Work up to a 1rep max.

Hello everyone, welcome back to Results Fitness, personal training in Coquitlam BC

Ah the rain is back :( I guess it had to come sooner or later! We’ll keep todays workout indoors for all you rain haters ;)

This workout is great for increasing your calisthenics strength or body weight to strength ratio.

Warm up:

Row 500m

WOD:

5 rounds for time with 3 minutes rest between rounds

20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups (ab-mat optional)
50 squats
