Sept 3rd work out:
Back Squat heavy and hard. Work up to a 1rep max.

I guess it had to come sooner or later! We’ll keep todays workout indoors for all you rain haters
This workout is great for increasing your calisthenics strength or body weight to strength ratio.
Warm up:
Row 500m
WOD:
5 rounds for time with 3 minutes rest between rounds
20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups (ab-mat optional)
50 squats
